I took my 102 yr old mom 2 weeks ago for new hearing aids.Her old ones were 18 yrs old and not working. Riley did a fantastic job testing her hearing and explaining how the new hearing aids will work. Today we picked them up and they were fine tuned to mom’s liking. We go back in 2 weeks for a follow-up, w the understanding we can go back anytime for help. I’ve never had a professional be so patient and understanding Riley.
