I was greeted promptly and courteously at the front desk by Alexis. After Riley was done with the previous customer, I was brought right in. Riley very professionally conducted my hearing test and reviewed the results with me. My present Phonak heating aids are more than five years old so asked to review latest technology particularly to improve my terrible word recognition score. Riley reviewed the Tufts offering. I bought the best Starkey product you offer, above the tufts offering. I placed an immediate order and am waiting to hear from the tufts administrator to take my card. The location of the business is easy to get to. All of staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been dealing with hearing loss for over ten years but this was the first time at AHA LLC. I found the exam to be very thorough, from the cleaning of my ears, the hearing test, to the recommendation for new hearing aids with no pressure. I would recommend 100%.
