They are extremely passionate at what they do. There are two hearing aid companies close to my home but I drive 32 miles for the care and service I receive at Affordable Hearing Aid! They are worth the drive.

Visited Affordable Hearing in early August to discuss options for existing and new hearing aids. Wife obtained a pair from Affordable Hearing in 2017, but insurance policy changed and purchased a second pair in 2021 for her (and a pair for me) from another supplier. Second supplier seemed more interested...

I brought my mom in for a consultation to try out the product and we received excellent service. Riley was a great help and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions.

5 stars for 2 staff members in Lakeville who spent an hour trying to figure out why my hearing aids would not pair to my upgraded iPhone. Dropped to 4 stars because after they finally gave up and called tech support, we were then told this was a known issue...
